I called Monday for routine maintenance service on my Lennox heater/ ac. The appointment was scheduled for today - quick time. Their tech Adam appeared at my front door right at 1 pm! On Time! Points- Adam!

He proceeded to do the required maintenance - checked the unit, changed the filter and checked the inside temps with his "ray gun tester." He ever checked that the ac was working ok ( going to be 85 this Sat. Feb 1!)

Great company. great service. ( btw I guess I made the appointment with Ray himself- nice guy on the phone too!)

We have used Ray's Air Conditioning for at least 6 years now. Ray has always provided prompt and excellent service. He has always fixed whatever we needed repaired or replaced in a timely manner, and at an affordable price. We would definitely recommend Ray's Air Conditioning to anyone that needs a new system or repairs on an existing system.

If you live in the desert, and need air conditioning and /or heating problems solved, my recommendation is to call Ray's Air Conditioning & Heating. Don't waste your time calling those other companies. When you call Ray's......you'll get a response right away. And if you're really lucky, your problem will be solved before you know it. When you call Ray, you'll be dealing with the owner of the company, a local company that will respond quickly. Ray will show up personally to access the situation.

Our home in Palm Desert has two air conditioning units, and I'm currently the primary care-giver for my parents. 90 & 94 years old. My first experience was outstanding. It was really hot, the air conditioner quit working. I called Ray's Air Conditioning and Heating and they solved my problem. Six months later, the second air conditioner stopped working. One call to Ray's .......and they sent a technician out to our house right away. Once again, problem solved.

When it comes to Air Conditioning & Heating, I feel Ray's Air Conditioning & Heating is the best.

We called from desert hot springs to get emergency help since our AC stopped putting out cold air and right away they sent somebody within the hour. My wife is 7 months pregnant so they're literally a life saver! We need to replace our whole unit soon and I would definitely come back to Ray's to get it done.

Wow what a great HONEST guy! Thank you Ray for your help, I got my blower motor repaired ASAP! My insurance kept me waiting, but RAY did not! Trustworthy guy, recommend to anyone.

My AC was having a hard time keeping up last night so I messaged Ray's AC and Adam was out here by 8am sharp. He was able to pin point the issue and repair it right away. He explained exactly what was going on and how it was going to repair it and was patient enough to answer all my questions which were a lot considering I have zero knowledge about air conditioners. And upon my request he even provided me with an estimate for a whole new unit. Adam was super knowledgeable and I'm super thankful!

Very impressed with the work they did in replacing my AC unit in my rental property in Palm Springs. When my tenants told me the AC went out and it was over 100 degrees outside, Ray quickly responded and we had a new AC that had to be craned and installed on the roof, working the next day. My tenants and I are thankful for the great work and how quickly he took care of it at a great price!

Ray is the most honest air conditioning company owner you can meet. He is responsive, professional, diligent, extremely knowledgeable, honest and a very hard working individual. He has done work personally for me and for several of my clients and Ray and his team have always served us right. Thank you Ray for your service in our community!

I woke up this morning to my air-conditioning unit not working. The unit wasn't turning on. I called Rays ac at 7:53am this morning and they had someone there in an hour. Ray's ac employee came in and handled the issue immediately while showing me and explaining why they doing the work they had performed. This company also does plumbing and they fixed a leak from my kitchen sink that another plumbing company I had hired to install the faucet dropped the ball on. These guys are great.

After being scammed by Anthem Mechanical and American Home Shield, we called Ray's Air Conditioning in Palm Desert and got excellent service and attention. They corrected the problem created by Anthem and charged us $30 less per pound for Freon than Anthem wanted to stick it to us. The tech, Adam, was on time, very friendly and fixed our problem within two hours. We highly recommended Ray's Air Conditioning.

I live in AZ and I have a WiFi thermostat in Palm Desert condo.... noticed that temp was going up ....not down while driving to Palm Desert. Did a quick look at yelp and went with Ray's heating / cooling. Called and Ray was there within a half hour. He found the problem and I was back to cooling soon after. Very professional service. Highly recommend this company.

I am super impressed with this company . Adam and Ray save me big time when no one else could . I have a rental unit in Palm Sprinngs and the AC unit wasn't working. Temperatures were going to be over 100 degrees for several days before I could get another company to come out and fix the problem. My tenants couldn't bare the heat. I called them and despite being backed up with work helping others they squeezed me in right away. Talk about service and going the extra mile this company is a. Example of service at its best. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants fast, reliable and honest service .

Out in Palm Desert, I'd say if you're at the mercy of any business, it would be the air conditioning repairman. Sooooo when it was 96 inside my place and the air wouldn't work, I knew I'd better get the checkbook out. It was so miserably hot I contacted 4 places and Ray was one of two who got back to me immediately--and the only one who said he'd be out in an hour. They came w two guys, got on the roof in the blazing sun, and quickly deduced I just needed a new thermostat! At that point, if he told me I needed to cut off my right arm to make it work--I would have asked if my left arm would do. (Cuz I'm a great negotiator!) We've done undercover news stories before to catch dishonest repairmen and MANY try to take advantage--but Ray was AMAZING! He was friendly, honest, and fast!! At some point I'm gonna need a new ac unit and guess who I'm gonna call? Ray!!
